Riverview has several colleges located within city limits, including Everglades University, Hillsborough Community College and the American College of Cardiovascular Nurses . Small colleges also dot the surrounding areas.
For a larger campus, The University of South Florida is located to the northwest of Riverview in Tampa. A community in and of itself with enrolment of more than 46,000 students, it's one of the top research universities in the country. USF offers a complete curriculum of courses along with Army, Navy and Air Force ROTC programs.
